Is there a car detailing and performance program that can show me what the car would look like?

I am thinking of the program off the movie The Fast and The Furious where they show what the supra would look like upgraded. I want to have a program similar to shis so i can see what my car would look like and how it would preform. If you know some other program that just shows the design of the car, that would be very helpful too.
