Is any petrol used to make a bike?

Yes, diesel too

Motor bike or bicycle, the transportation of the parts for assembly will use petrol and diesel.

The manufacturing of the individual parts, will use diesel/petrol as the raw materials are delivered to the factory.

The Steel smelter will be gas fired.
Is any petrol used to make a bike?
Yes, to lubricate and run the factory machines, to transport the raw material, parts, and bikes to factories and stores, in the manufacture of the plastic parts, and to lubricate the chain and bearings.
Is any petrol used to make a bike?
Unless you can find a bike factory where no-one at all drives to work, and the deliveries are all by donkey. No.

Don't get hung up on petrol. Bikes need grease, oil and plastic all from the petrochemical industry, but once you have it that is a miniscule thing for maintenance.
