no it doesnt apply, but it can be used as a very handy loophole in the system, people register their cars as taxis, and dont have to pay the charge, and, if it is registered, thats it, you dont have to prove earnings or workplace (to the best of my knowledge)


i heard on the radio 15 ferrari's and x amount of bentleys have all registered as taxis!

no it doesn't apply to taxi cabs, mini buses etc etc
Reply:NO..thats why when asked about a way to get away with the charge i advise getting your car registerd as a private taxi,拢80 and no other charges...
