does headers, a high flow exhaust, and an cold air intake increase, ur fuel milage if u can keep your foot out of it?

Noooo, not at all. The High Flow makes the exhaust get out faster which makes the gas go in faster. I would suggest putting an electronic tuner and setting it for gas millage not horse power. Good luck.
