What are tail lights?

types of tail lights and their differences
What are tail lights?
As far as I know a tail light is a light on the back of a vehicle. Particulary the 2 red lights on the back side of a car, truck, or perhaps a bike. Same thing with planes too.

As far as differences? I don't know. There are different shapes sometimes. (and maybe a difference between a tail light that works and one that's out!)
What are tail lights?
In my town (Kitchener) there used to be one at the corner of Eby and King :)
Reply:There are two tail lights on the back of every vehicle, one on each side of the back. When you turn on your headlights at night, the tail lights also light up, so people driving behind you don't run into you. When lighted, they are red.

As to differences, I'm not sure what you mean. Each car maker has its own design, and to that extent there are differences, but basically a tail light is a tail light.
Reply:(babee221) they are talking about cars stupid not streetlights
Reply:Seriously, if you don't know,...pleeez ride the bus!
