a lot of reputable dealers will offer you a carfax report for free but I think that only tells you if it's been totaled. make sure to not only get a carfax report but also figure out exactly what should be on that report. also take it to a mechanic you trust to get it looked at. don't trust the dealership to tell you what you deserve to know, because their goal is to get you to buy the car.
If Im buying a vehicle is the dealership supposed to let me know if the car was previously a lemon ?
no ..dealer doesnt have to tell you anything..but he will sell you a warranty..but dont let him sell you one,,,they should give you one for free..12mth..depending on car..
