I am thinking of making a reservation of a Smart car with the reservation plan online. Do you know if I would be able to get it by December?

It depends on availability. In St. Louis they mostly sit unused all day. Call them and see what they can do for you.

Call your dealer. They are the only ones that could give you a date. However though, they can sometimes be off by as much as a month.
Reply:I've researched these little boogers alot. Why even buy one? they're pokey and impractical and relatively unsafe SMART money would buy a Yaris that gets the same mileage and drive it until it quits. which means for a Toyota...about 200k
