Premium is unleaded gas... so what is your question? Do you mean premium or regular? If so my guess is the car calls for premium gas.

I had a crown victoria in '95 and that thing didn't like low octane gas. It only liked the premium. It would run like a charm, but if I put even mid grade fuel in the thing, it would knock and ping and complain a lot.
Reply:premium gas is unleaded just use the regular stuff its not like its a forced induction 500 horsepower beast its just an ordinary engine anyways with todays modern engines the computer will adjust the timing to compensate for the lower octane gas
